Looking to join a team or sub this season. O40, O30, or co-e

Hi, I'm an experienced player (NCAA div 1 big east conference in the late 90s) just getting back in shape and looking for a team\teams to play with. I've recently quit smoking and my cardio isn't great but I'm working out, running, or working with the ball daily. Hoping to find some teams that are fun but relatively casual to play with. I'd be really happy to sub for teams that need some extra bodies and I'd be cool with playing a couple 15 minute stints per game. Not one of those people that will refuse to sub out. Aside from not being able to run for 90 minutes my technical skills are pretty good and tactical knowledge is excellent. I've coached youth teams, reffed, and played in the past, follow global soccer closely. My background is mostly in a hybrid of Brazilian and Dutch playing styles, but I'm very interested in modern tactical approaches if anybody has a very clear idea of how they want to play in terms of formation and tactics. Love talking about that stuff if you do. I've played every position but GK at a fairly high level and feel comfortable with both feet in any position from backline to forward. I'm 40 now and play respectfully, not looking to get anyone hurt and always keep things in perspective. Competitive but not in it for my ego, just trying to have fun.
