Looking to join a team / maybe start a new team?

So it doesn't seem easy to find a team to join here! But it does seem like there's lots of people in the same place as me - I played in high school and for a couple years in collefe (D3). I played rec throughout my 20s but haven't played for a couple of years (largely due to covid and injury) so am probably a little rusty, but I also recently moved to Portland and would love to find a fun team and make some friends! I play pretty much any position other than GK. 

Anyone looking for another player to join a team? Are there enough people out there interested in starting a new team? (I managed a team for years in DC so would be willing to help out/run that)
