Hello All,
I am Geoff and recently moved to Portland over the winter from Boston. Now that spring has arrived, I am eager to play some 11 v 11 soccer.
I am currently playing in a 6 on 6 league but it is not quite satisfying my footballing brain.
I have played soccer all my life and played for a year of Division 1 college soccer at Loyola Marymount University, My primary position is in offense but can play in all position very comfortably besides GK and CB. I have played a few years as Right back/ left back for my club team during my teenage years, but as I matured as a player my primary positions became CAM,CM, RM, LM.
I would describe my style of play as quick, agile, and possession based. I grew up playing in a 4-3-3 formation as well as a 4-1-3-1. I am comfortable with both foot and can play on both flanks or across the offensive line.
I will be submitting my application for a OASA player card in the coming days. I am ready to start playing ASAP and would love to join any team that would welcome me.
