I'm 34 years old and I played pretty consistently from age 8 to 30. I moved to Portland shortly before the pandemic hit so my plans to find a new team/league got seriously delayed.
I prefer defensive midfield, but I've also played on the outsides a lot in the past too. I like midfield because I run a lot - so whether it's up with the attack or back on defensive, I like to position myself where I can affect the game.
A well structured team that is more focused on sportsmanship and enjoying the hobby (at this age) over pure competitiveness would be a great fit too.
